In order to apply you must be:
*An active Blogger*Produce high quality work and photograph your work*Join us on a 7 week rolling challenge rota (be able to publish your challenge on the set date (always on a thursday) )*Produce work for each challenge set*Your position will be reviewed at intervals of 6 months*Be able to leave comments on particpants blogs
In return we offer:
*A fun and friendly design team*A swap shop within the Design Team*Access to both DT Blog and main challenge blog*Freebies from sponsors

All We ask is you produce One Piece of NEW work choosing one of the following themes:
Flowers, Pink, Dreams
and e-mail it to us at charismachallenges@live.co.uk with a little about yourself, where your from, if your on any other design teams and why you'd like to join us.
Closing date is: 16th April 7pm GMT
